Recube Shipping Policy

Batch #001 Pre-Orders: We are currently in the pre-order phase for Batch #001. Due to a slight logistics delay in transit, stock is now scheduled to arrive at our facility on February 3rd, 2026.

Dispatch Timeline: All pre-orders are processed in the order they were received. Dispatch for Batch #001 will begin on February 4th – 5th. You will receive an automated tracking notification via email the moment your Recube is handed over to NZ Post.

Shipping Rates & Estimates (NZ Post):

• Auckland: 1-2 business days from dispatch.

• Rest of NZ: 2-4 business days from dispatch.

• Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 2 business days.
